§809.402. Policy.
48 C.F.R. § 809.402
Statutory debarments pursuant to the authority of 38 U.S.C. 8127(g), Enforcement Penalties for Misrepresentation, are mandatory when the determination is made that a business concern has willfully and intentionally misrepresented its status as a service-disabled, veteran-owned small business (SDVOSB) or veteran-owned small business (VOSB).
