§6101.27. Relief from decision or order [Rule 27].
48 C.F.R. § 6101.27
Grounds. The Board may grant relief, for a reason recognized in Rule 60 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, from a decision or order that, alone or in conjunction with prior decisions or orders, resolves all of an appeal, petition, or application.
Time limit for motion. A party may move for relief under this rule within 120 days after that party receives the decision or order at issue.
Effect of motion. A pending motion for relief under this rule does not affect any obligation to comply with a decision or order.
