GSA is committed to the design, construction, operation, and maintenance of leased space that complies with all of the following Guiding Principles:

(a)

Employ Integrated Design Principles;

(b)

Optimize Energy Performance;

(c)

Protect and Conserve Water;

(d)

Enhance Indoor Environmental Quality; and

(e)

Reduce the Environmental Impact of Building Materials.
