§336.570. Contract clause.

The contracting officer shall insert the clause at 352.236-70, Design-Build Contracts, in all solicitations and contracts for all design-build requirements.

The contracting officer shall use Alternate I to the clause at 352.236-70, Design-Build Contracts, in all solicitations and contracts for construction when Fast-Track procedures are being used.

Due to the importance of maintaining consistency in the contractor's personnel during design-build construction, the contracting officer should consider including the clause at 352.237-75, Key personnel.
