The following are examples of other forms of security that, although seldom invoked under guaranteed loans, may be required when considered necessary for protection of the Government interest:
Mortgages on fixed assets.
Liens against inventories.
Endorsements.
Guarantees.
Subordinations or standbys of other indebtedness.
