§32.006-3. Responsibilities.
48 C.F.R. § 32.006-3
Agencies shall establish appropriate procedures to implement the policies and procedures of this section.
Government personnel shall report suspected fraud related to advance, partial, or progress payments in accordance with agency regulations.
