§25.702-3. Remedies.
48 C.F.R. § 25.702-3
Upon the determination of a false certification under subsection 25.702-2—
The contracting officer may terminate the contract;
The suspending and debarring official may suspend the contractor in accordance with the procedures in subpart 9.4; and
The suspending and debarring official may debar the contractor for a period not to exceed 3 years in accordance with the procedures in subpart 9.4.
