§23.400. Scope of subpart.
48 C.F.R. § 23.400
This subpart prescribes policies and procedures for—
Obtaining information needed for Government compliance with right-to-know laws and pollution prevention requirements;
Contractor compliance with environmental management systems; and
Ensuring waste reduction at Federal facilities.
