§227.7010. Assignments.

The clause at 252.227-7011 is an example which may be used in contracts of assignment of patent rights to the Government.

To facilitate proof of contracts of assignments, the acknowledgement of the contractor should be executed before a notary public or other officer authorized to administer oaths (35 U.S.C. 261).
