§2128.370. Contract clause.

The contract clause at FAR 52.228-7 is a mandatory clause in FEGLI Program contracts, except paragraph (d) is modified as follows:
The Government's liability under paragraph (c) of this clause is limited to the amount available in the Employee's Life Insurance Fund. Nothing in this contract shall be construed as implying that the Government will make additional funds available later or that Congress will appropriate funds later sufficient to meet deficiencies.
