48 C.F.R. § 1845.607-2
Silver, gold, platinum, palladium, rhodium, iridium, osmium, and ruthenium; scrap bearing such metals; and items containing recoverable quantities of them shall be reported to the Defense Reutilization and Marketing Service, DRMS-R, Federal Center, Battle Creek, MI 49017-3092, for instructions regarding disposition.
