§1819.302. Protesting a small business representation or rerepresentation.

When the contracting officer determines in writing that an award must be made to protect the public interest, the contracting officer shall notify the Headquarters Office of Procurement, Program Operations Division, the Headquarters Office of Small Business Programs, and the SBA.
