§96.65. Spectrum access system administrator fees.
47 C.F.R. § 96.65
An SAS Administrator may charge Citizens Broadband Radio Service users a reasonable fee for provision of the services set forth in subpart F of this part.
The Commission, upon request, will review the fees and can require changes to those fees if they are found to be unreasonable.
