§90.388. Eligibility.

47 C.F.R. § 90.388

The following entities are eligible to hold an authorization to operate C-V2X RSUs:

(a)

Any territory, possession, State, city, county, town or similar governmental entity.

(b)

Any entity meeting the eligibility requirements of §§ 90.20, 90.33 or 90.35.
