§88.3. Application of other rule parts.

Except as expressly provided under this part, part 87 of this chapter shall not apply to uncrewed aircraft systems communications in the 5030-5091 MHz band.

Non-Networked Access (NNA) devices, as defined in this part, are considered part of the Citizens Band Radio Service, as defined in § 95.303 of this chapter. Except for the definitions of Citizens Band Radio Service and Uncrewed Aircraft System Services in § 95.303, the rules of part 95 of this chapter shall not apply to such devices.
