Channel 37, 608-614 MHz is reserved exclusively for the radio astronomy service.
In Hawaii, the frequency band 488-494 MHz is allocated for non-broadcast use. This frequency band (Channel 17) will not be assigned in Hawaii for use by television broadcast stations.
