§7.1. Who must comply with these rules?

47 C.F.R. § 7.1

The rules in this part apply to:

(a)

Any provider of voicemail or interactive menu service;

(b)

Any manufacturer of telecommunications equipment or customer premises equipment which performs a voicemail or interactive menu function.
