§69.120. Line information database.
47 C.F.R. § 69.120
A charge that is expressed in dollars and cents per query shall be assessed upon all carriers that access validation information from a local exchange carrier database to recover the costs of:
The transmission facilities between the local exchange carrier's signalling transfer point and the database; and
The signalling transfer point facilities dedicated to the termination of the transmission facilities connecting the database to the exchange carrier's signalling network.
