§64.6070. Taxes and fees.

A Provider must not charge a Consumer any tax or fee associated with Incarcerated People's Communications Services other than a Mandatory Tax, a Mandatory Fee, or an Authorized Fee, as defined in § 64.6000 of this chapter.
