§27.1212. License term.
47 C.F.R. § 27.1212
BRS/EBS licenses shall be issued for a period of 10 years beginning with the date of grant.
An initial BTA authorization shall be issued for a period of ten years from the date the Commission declared bidding closed in the MDS auction.
