§26.101. Eligibility.

47 C.F.R. § 26.101

The following entities are eligible for Space Launch Services licenses:

(a)

A non-Federal entity that conducts space launch operations; or

(b)

A parent of such entity or a subsidiary of such entity if either conducts space launch operations.
