§24.202. Service areas. — Inbound Citations

(2) Telecommunications traffic exchanged between a LEC and a CMRS provider that, at the beginning of the call, originates and terminates within the same Major Trading Area, as defined in § 24.202(a) of this chapter.

(i) For purposes of determining spectrum to which the eligibility requirements of this section are applicable, the BTA service areas (see § 24.202(b)) are divided into two tiers according to their population as follows:

(A) BTA service areas with population equal to or greater than 2.5 million;

(B) BTA service areas with population less than 2.5 million.
