§1.70003. Applicant/licensee requirements.
47 C.F.R. § 1.70003
Except as otherwise required by the Commission, the following entities, at a minimum, shall be applicants for, and licensees on, a cable landing license:
Any entity that controls a cable landing station in the United States; and
All other entities owning or controlling a five percent (5%) or greater interest in the cable system and using the U.S. points of the cable system.
