§0.552. Notice identifying Commission systems of records.
47 C.F.R. § 0.552
The Commission publishes in the Federal Register upon establishment or revision a notice of the existence and character of the system of records, including for each system of records:
The name and location of the system;
The categories of individuals on whom records are maintained in the system;
The categories of records maintained in the system;
Each routine use of the records contained in the system, including the categories of users and the purposes of such use;
The policies and practices of the agency regarding storage, retrievability, access controls, retention, and disposal of the records;
The title and business address of the system manager;
The address of the agency office to which inquiries should be addressed and the addresses of locations at which the individual may inquire whether a system contains records pertaining to himself;
The agency procedures whereby an individual can be notified how access can be gained to any record pertaining to that individual contained in a system of records, and the procedure for correcting or contesting its contents; and
The categories of sources of records in the system.
