§96.07-1. Application.
46 C.F.R. § 96.07-1
The provisions of this subpart, with the exception of § 96.07-90, shall apply to all vessels contracted for on or after November 19, 1952. Vessels contracted for prior to November 19, 1952, shall meet the requirements of § 96.07-90.
