§95.05-5. Fire main system.
46 C.F.R. § 95.05-5
Fire pumps, hydrants, hose, and nozzles shall be installed on the following vessels:
On all self-propelled vessels.
On all barges with sleeping accommodations for more than 12 persons.
The arrangements and details of the fire main system shall be as set forth in subpart 95.10.
