§8.310. Applicability.
46 C.F.R. § 8.310
This subpart applies to:
Recognized classification societies; and
All U.S. flag vessels that are certificated for international voyages and are classed by a recognized classification society that is authorized by the Coast Guard to issue the applicable international certificate as specified in this subpart.
