§67.317. Requirement to renew endorsements on the Certificate of Documentation.
46 C.F.R. § 67.317
Except as provided in paragraph (b) of this section and except for recreational endorsements, which can be renewed for a period of 1, 2, 3, 4, or 5 years, the owner of a documented vessel must annually renew each endorsement upon the current Certificate of Documentation for that vessel in accordance with § 67.163.
The requirement of paragraph (a) of this section does not apply to Certificates of Documentation placed on deposit in accordance with § 67.165.
