§67.253. Requirements for notices of claim of lien.
46 C.F.R. § 67.253
A notice of claim of lien must:
Be signed by or on behalf of each claimant; and
Recite the following—
The name and address of each claimant;
The nature of the lien claimed;
The date on which the lien was established; and
The amount of the lien claimed.
