§67.245. Requirements for interlender agreements.
46 C.F.R. § 67.245
An interlender agreement between multiple mortgagees must:
Be signed by or on behalf of all mortgagees who are party to the interlender agreement; and
Recite the names and addresses of all parties to the interlender agreement.
