§67.200. Instruments eligible for filing and recording.

Only the following listed instruments are eligible for filing and recording:
Bills of sale and instruments in the nature of bills of sale;
Deeds of gift;
Mortgages and assignments, assumptions, supplements, amendments, subordinations, satisfactions, and releases thereof;
Preferred mortgages and assignments, assumptions, supplements, amendments, subordinations, satisfactions, and releases thereof;
Interlender agreements affecting mortgages, preferred mortgages, and related instruments; and
Notices of claim of lien, assignments, amendments, and satisfactions and releases thereof.
