§503.1. Scope and purpose.
46 C.F.R. § 503.1
This part implements the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA), 5 U.S.C. 552, as amended, the Privacy Act of 1974, 5 U.S.C. 552a, and the Government in the Sunshine Act (1976), 5 U.S.C. 552b; and sets forth the Commission's regulations governing:
Public availability of Commission information and records at its Office of the Secretary, published in the Federal Register, or posted on the Commission's public Web site (www.fmc.gov);
Procedures for requests for testimony by current or former FMC employees relating to official information and production of official Commission records in litigation;
The type of services and amount of fees charged for certain Commission services; and
The Commission's Information Security Program.
