§32.50-3. Cargo discharge—TB/ALL.
46 C.F.R. § 32.50-3
Pumps or other acceptable means shall be used to discharge cargo from gravity type cargo tanks vented at gauge pressures of 4 pounds per square inch or less.
The use of compressed air as the primary means of discharging cargo from such tanks is prohibited.
