§2.10-125. Fees for examination of foreign tankships.
46 C.F.R. § 2.10-125
Each foreign tankship of a country party to the International Convention for the Safety of Life at Sea, 1974 as amended, must pay:
For examination for the issuance of a Certificate of Compliance under § 2.01-6(a)(2)(i) of this part, or examination for the annual endorsement to a Certificate of Compliance, a fee of $1,100.
For examination for the issuance of a Tank Vessel Examination Letter under § 2.01-6(a)(3) of this part, a fee of $1,100.
