§194.10-1. Application.

The provisions of this subpart apply to the construction of integral magazines, magazine vans, and magazine chests.
Loading, loading procedures, shipper's requirements, and other features not related to the construction of magazines shall be in accordance with the applicable provisions of 49 CFR parts 173 and 176 and 33 CFR part 6 and parts 121 to 126, inclusive.
