§193.60-10. Location.
46 C.F.R. § 193.60-10
Fire axes shall be distributed throughout the spaces available to persons on board so as to be most readily available in the event of emergency.
If fire axes are not located in the open, or behind glass, so that they may be readily seen, they may be placed in enclosures together with the firehose, provided such enclosures are marked as required by § 196.37-15 of this subchapter.
