§193.60-1. Application.

The provisions of this subpart shall apply to all vessels other than unmanned barges.
Unmanned barges are exempted from the requirements in this subpart. However, if such barges carry on board fire axes, then such equipment shall be in accordance with this subpart for manned barges.
