§184.210. Heating equipment.

Each heater must be so constructed and installed as to prevent contact with combustible materials such as towels and clothing.
Each electric space heater must be provided with a thermal cutout to prevent overheating.
Each heater element of an electric space heater must be of an enclosed type, and the element case or jacket must be made of a corrosion resistant material.
