§169.101. Purpose; preemptive effect.
46 C.F.R. § 169.101
The regulations in this part set forth uniform requirements which are suited to the particular characteristics and specialized operations of sailing school vessels as defined in Title 46, United States Code section 2101. The regulations in this part have preemptive effect over State or local regulations in the same field.
