§168.15-50. Ventilation.

All quarters must be adequately ventilated in a manner suitable to the purpose of the space and route of the vessel.
When mechanical ventilation is provided for sleeping rooms, washrooms, toilet rooms, hospital spaces, and messrooms, these spaces must be supplied with fresh air equal to at least 10 times the volume of the room each hour.
