§168.15-10. Construction.

46 C.F.R. § 168.15-10

(a)
The accommodations provided must be securely constructed, properly lighted, heated, drained, ventilated, equipped, located, arranged, and insulated from undue noise, heat, and odors.
(b)
All accommodations must be constructed and arranged so that they can be kept in a clean, workable, and sanitary condition.
