§160.151-55. Withdrawal of approval.
46 C.F.R. § 160.151-55
The OCMI may withdraw the approval of the servicing facility, or may suspend its approval pending correction of deficiencies, if the Coast Guard inspector or accepted third-party inspector finds that—
The facility does not meet the requirements of §§ 160.151-41 through 160.151-47, or
The servicing is not performed in accordance with § 160.151-57.
A withdrawal of approval may be appealed in accordance with part 1, subpart 1.03, of this chapter.
The OCMI may remove a suspension pending correction of deficiencies if the servicing facility demonstrates that the deficiencies have been corrected.
