§125.140. Loadlines.

For an OSV assigned a loadline, see subchapter E (Load Lines) of this chapter, for special requirements on strength, loadline markings, closure of openings, and the like.
Each OSV of at least 6,000 GT ITC (500 GRT if GT ITC is not assigned) must be assigned an international load line in accordance with the International Convention on Load Lines, 1966, as amended (incorporated by reference, see § 125.180).
