§109.565. Charts and nautical publications.
46 C.F.R. § 109.565
The master or person in charge of a self-propelled unit shall ensure that the unit has the following adequate, up to date, and appropriate items for the intended voyage:
Charts.
Sailing directions.
Coast pilots.
Light lists.
Notices to mariners.
Tide Tables.
Current Tables.
All other nautical publications necessary. 1
