§109.337. Fireman's outfit.

46 C.F.R. § 109.337

The master or person in charge shall insure that—
(a)
At least 2 persons who are trained in the use of the fireman's outfit are on board at all times; and
(b)
Each fireman's outfit and its spare equipment is stowed in a separate and accessible location.
(c)
A fireman's outfit is not used for any purpose other than fire fighting except as provided in § 108.703.
