§107.415. Safety Management Certificate.
46 C.F.R. § 107.415
All self-propelled mobile offshore drilling units of 500 gross tons or over to which 33 CFR part 96 applies, on an international voyage must have a valid Safety Management Certificate and a copy of their company's valid Document of Compliance certificate on board.
A Safety Management Certificate is issued for a period of not more than 60 months.
