§107.201. Purpose.
46 C.F.R. § 107.201
This subpart prescribes rules for the—
Original inspection and issuance of an original Certificate of Inspection required by 46 U.S.C. 3301, 3307 and 3309;
Inspection for certification and renewal of a Certificate of Inspection required by 46 U.S.C. 3301, 3307, 3309;
Annual and periodic inspections required by 46 U.S.C. 3308;
Inspection after an accident required by 46 U.S.C. 3308; and
Amendments to Certificates of Inspection;
Issuance of Temporary Certificate of Inspection; and
Issuance of Permit to Proceed to Another Port for Repairs.
