§607.3. Applicability.

45 C.F.R. § 607.3

The regulations in this part are to be followed when:

(a)

NSF is owed a debt by an individual who is a current employee of the NSF; or

(b)

NSF is owed a debt by an individual currently employed by another Federal agency; or

(c)

NSF employs an individual who owes a debt to another Federal agency.
