§286.235. What penalties cannot be excused?

45 C.F.R. § 286.235

(a)

The penalties that cannot be excused are—

(1)

The penalty for failure to repay a Federal loan issued under section 406.

(2)

The penalty for failure to replace any reduction in the TFAG resulting from other penalties that have been imposed.
