§2556.120. How does a VISTA sponsor ensure the participation of people in the communities to be served?
45 C.F.R. § 2556.120
To the maximum extent practicable, the people of the communities to be served by VISTA members must participate in planning, developing, and implementing programs.
The sponsor must articulate in its project application how it will engage or continue to engage relevant communities in the development and implementation of programs.
